Jerry Newcombe

Jerry Newcombe is senior producer for Coral Ridge Ministries television.  In this role, he has produced or co-produced more than fifty documentaries, including several of CRM’s most successful, award-winning programs covering such varied topics as church and state, creation/evolution, indecency on the airwaves, and the ACLU, among many others.

He is the co-author of fourteen books, ten of which were written with Dr. Kennedy, and two of which he wrote with his wife, Kirsti, entitled I’ll Do It Tomorrow and A Way to Escape.  His latest foray into the publishing world includes a new project with Kennedy, CROSS PURPOSES.  In it, Newcombe and Kennedy take believers on a moving journey to the very core of their religion, revealing the crucifixion of Christ from the most significant and unique perspective of all—God’s.

Newcombe hosts two weekly radio shows and has been a guest on many local and national talk shows, including appearances on The Fox New Channel, Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher and Janet Parshall’s America.  A graduate of Tulane University with a BA in history, he earned an MA in communications from Wheaton Graduate School.  He is currently pursuing a doctorate from Knox Theological Seminary.  Newcombe is happily married to Kirsti, whom he met at Wheaton Graduate School.  They are the parents of a daughter, Annie, and a son, Eric.  The Newcombes make their home in South Florida.
